Stewart, Plum Frustrated Over CBA Process

Breanna Stewart and Kelsey Plum have aired frustrations over WNBA CBA negotiations in a letter to WNBPA head Terri Jackson, citing a lack of adequate player involvement.

Two WNBA stars have expressed growing concerns about the league's collective bargaining agreement process. Breanna Stewart and Kelsey Plum, both members of the WNBPA executive committee, sent a three-page letter to executive director Terri Jackson outlining frustrations with the negotiation process as the March 10 deadline approaches.

The players specifically requested detailed information including financial breakdowns of the WNBA's expenses and revenue, comparative analyses of potential losses versus gains in negotiations, survey results, salary structures, and distribution details. They indicated they aren't alone in their concerns as the union and league continue to struggle to reach an agreement that could threaten the 2026 season.
