Browns Tender Six Exclusive Free Agents, Including K Andre Szmyt

The Cleveland Browns announced on Wednesday that they have tendered contracts to six exclusive free agents, including kicker Andre Szmyt, who was 24‑of‑27 on field goals and 25‑of‑26 on extra points last season.

The Browns confirmed that kicker Andre Szmyt, who joined the practice squad late in the 2024 season and earned the starting job, will remain with the team. Szmyt finished the season 24‑of‑27 on field goals and 25‑of‑26 on extra points, appearing in all 17 games.

In addition, the club tendered contracts to tight end Brenden Bates, wide receiver Malachi Corley, linebacker Winston Reid, long snapper Rex Sunahara, and wide receiver Jamari Thrash, securing their exclusive rights for the upcoming season.
