Pinas Defeats Schultz in UFC Mexico Opener

UFC Fight Night 268 is live in Mexico City featuring the main event between Brandon Moreno and Lone'er Kavanagh. In the opener, Damian Pinas defeated Wesley Schultz via TKO in the first round.

Pinas controlled the distance with leg kicks and a right hand that dropped Schultz. Despite Schultz powering back to his feet and attempting a takedown, Pinas returned to the ground and unleashed elbows, forcing the stoppage. The card also features Bobby Green vs. Daniel Zellhuber and Macy Chiasson vs. Ailin Perez.
