Bills GM Roasts Tate's 40 Time

Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane couldn't resist poking fun at Ohio State receiver Carnell Tate during Saturday's NFL Scouting Combine broadcast. After Tate posted a 4.54-second 40-yard dash, Beane quipped, "He's pretty slow. I probably wouldn't take him early," drawing laughter from everyone on the NFL Network show.

Despite the humorous critique, Tate remains firmly in the first-round conversation. He emerged as a key playmaker for Ohio State in 2025, finishing with 51 receptions for 875 yards and nine touchdowns. His strong route running skills, ball tracking ability, and consistent production suggest he won't be waiting long to hear his name called in the draft.
