NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak: Full Grades Published

The NFLPA’s full 2026 report cards, grading all 32 teams on 16 categories, were posted online by ESPN after the NFL’s attempt to keep them private failed.

The leak came after an arbitrator ruled that the NFLPA could not publish the report cards publicly, but could share them with players. ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler posted the full letter grades for every team, making the data available to the public.

The 2026 survey, completed by 1,759 players between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, covers 16 topics including family treatment, locker rooms, coaching staff, and ownership. The new categories added are home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and the general manager.
