Patriots eye A.J. Brown trade

The Patriots, who reached the Super Bowl in 2025 but fell short, have identified receiver as a position needing improvement beyond Stefon Diggs. Coach Mike Vrabel, who worked with Brown in Tennessee, was noncommittal when asked about a potential trade.

"I think that we'll look at everything that we can possibly look at to add to our roster," Vrabel said at the scouting combine. The main obstacle would be the asking price from the Eagles, as Brown represents a significant upgrade for young QB Drake Maye but would come at a steep cost for New England.
