#6 Nebraska defeated California 6-0 on Sunday to complete a five-game sweep of the Mary Nutter Classic, securing a shutout victory.

The Huskers dominated on the mound, securing a 6-0 shutout victory over the California Golden Bears to complete a perfect five-game run at the Mary Nutter Classic. Alexis Jensen took the mound in place of Jordy Frahm, while Bella Bacon drove in the first run of the game with an RBI double in the fourth inning.

The Golden Bears threatened in the fourth inning with a double from Gator Robinson, but Nebraska’s defense held strong. Alexis Jensen also recorded her first collegiate hit during the scoring rally, contributing to the Huskers' offensive breakout.
