NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak: Full Letter Grades Published

The NFLPA’s 2026 report cards, which rate all 32 teams on factors like locker rooms and coaching, have been leaked online, despite the NFL’s recent grievance ruling that the cards should remain private.

The full array of letter grades for all 32 teams was posted by Kalyn Kahler of ESPN.com, revealing how players rated each franchise on topics such as locker rooms, training staff, and nutrition services. The leak comes after the NFL won a grievance that barred the union from publishing the 2026 results, though the arbitrator allowed the cards to be shared with players.

The survey, completed by 1,759 players between November 2 and December 11, covered 2025 roster members and assessed categories including family treatment, home‑game field, food/dining, and coaching staff. The leaked cards contain only the letter grades, omitting the comments that appeared in earlier releases.
