Knueppel Breaks NBA Rookie 3-Point Record

Charlotte Hornets forward Kon Knueppel broke the NBA record for most 3-pointers made by a rookie in a single season on Saturday. The previous mark was held by Sacramento Kings' Keegan Murray, who hit 206 threes during the 2022-23 season.

Knueppel tied Murray's record late in the first half before breaking it with a three-point shot. The rookie star went 5-for-8 from beyond the arc in the first half, making his first four attempts.
