Predicting 5 Surprises for WWE Elimination Chamber, Including LA Knight’s Huge Win

WWE

On Saturday night, WWE makes its final stop on the road to WrestleMania 42 with the 2026 edition of Elimination Chamber. This year’s event, of course, features the men’s and women’s Chamber matches to set up the opponents for WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill at the April mega-event.

However, Becky Lynch will also put her Intercontinental belt on the line versus bitter rival AJ Lee, and CM Punk will defend the World Heavyweight title against Finn Balor. There is sure to be a surprise or two at the company’s latest premium live event. With that in mind, we offer up five predictions for potential surprises at Elimination Chamber.

There has been trouble brewing inside the Judgment Day for months. However, despite ups and downs, and injuiries the group has stayed unified. However, a break seems to be on the horizon, and it’s likely Balor will be the odd man out.

He is sure to lose his title rematch with Punk on Saturday. But will he lose clean for a second straight time? That doesn’t benefit the Irishman if the company wants to change his status and set up a featured match at WrestleMania. Don’t be surprised if his Judgment Day brother, Dom Mysterio, costs him his match this weekend, and it may not be by “Accident.”

Raquel Rodriguez Wins Women’s Elimination Chamber Match

Speaking of Judgment Day, the bond between Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez was shaken up at the Royal Rumble when the former eliminated the latter. Hopefully, WWE will go deeper into those issues and create a greater schism in the Judgment Day on the road to WrestleMania.

Rodriguez is not a favorite to win the women’s chamber match on Saturday. But if she did, two members from the faction competing for championship gold at ‘Mania would be intriguing. Especially if one wins and the other doesn’t. Furthermore, Rodriguez deserves a major match at the event after some very good work over the last six months

LA Knight Wins Men’s Elimination Chamber Match

Heading into Elimination Chamber 2026, reports suggest Cody Rhodes will win the men’s chamber match. However, WWE fans don’t seem thrilled with the months-long feud between Rhodes and McIntyre continuing through April. And the lower-than-expected ticket sales for WrestleMania may confirm that opinion. This match needs an unexpected winner.

That is why WWE could go in a completely unexpected direction and appease fans by having LA Knight win the men’s chamber match. It would add new excitement to ‘Mania and give Knight the push many fans have wanted for the last year. It also allows the company to take Rhodes on an unexpected path for the event.

Danhausen is Inside Elimination Chamber Mystery Box

An outside-the-ring happening set to go down at Elimination Chamber is the reveal of what is in the mystery box that can’t be opened until Saturday night. There has been a lot of speculation about what or who could be inside, including a returning Chris Jericho.

However, with reports claiming “Y2J” is still under an AEW contract, that is unlikely. That is why a different AEW alum could appear, and that would be the very nice and very evil man known as Danhausen. Considering something has been inside the box for two weeks, it makes more sense for it to be an odd supernatural character. Not a living, breathing person.

AJ Lee Defeats Becky Lynch for Women’s Intercontinental Title

Since AJ Lee has been getting the better of Becky Lynch throughout there months long rivalry, most expect the champion to successfully defend her title on Saturday night. However, we think the company goes in a different direction.

With Elimination Chamber being in Lee’s adopted hometown of Chicago, it is more likely she will get the win. It would then set up a rematch at WrestleMania, where Lynch would get her revenge in the final match of their feud.
