The Atlanta Braves defeated the Philadelphia Phillies in a decisive Game 3 of the Wild Card series, securing a spot in the NLDS to face the two-time defending champion Los Angeles Dodgers.

Michael Harris II, Ozzie Albies, and Matt Olson powered the offense with home runs, allowing Atlanta to overcome a late rally and close out the series at Truist Park. newsbetting.cv

The victory highlights a critical managerial error by Don Mattingly, who opted for volatile starter Aaron Nola over the reliable Zack Wheeler; Nola lasted just 1 2/3 innings, while Wheeler was available to pitch effectively in relief.
