Real Madrid hosted Bayern Munich at the Bernabéu for the first leg of the Champions League quarter‑final. The Spanish club made three changes to the side that won 2-1 at the Etihad, bringing in Andriy Lunin, Alvaro Carreras and Kylian Mbappé while leaving Jude Bellingham on the bench after his recent return from injury. Bayern also made two adjustments, with Manuel Neuer and Harry Kane replacing Jonas Urbig and Nicolas Jackson. The match will decide who advances after a 2-1 aggregate advantage for Real Madrid from the first leg.
