The 2026 WNBA free agency period officially begins this week following a condensed timeline. A'ja Wilson has already committed to the Las Vegas Aces on a supermax deal.

A'ja Wilson, the reigning champion, confirmed she will not leave Las Vegas, signing a WNBA supermax contract worth $1.4 million.

Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu also remain in New York, with Stewart stating she has no plans to meet with other teams despite being unrestricted free agents.
