Cowboys, Cardinals eye trade for 14.5-sack edge rusher

Ringer analyst Todd McShay believes the Cowboys could trade up from No. 12 to No. 3 with the Cardinals to acquire Texas Tech's David Bailey. The edge rusher posted 14.5 sacks and led the Red Raiders to the College Football Playoff in the 2025-26 season.

After transferring to Texas Tech, Bailey impressed with his explosiveness and elite get-off. While he may not be an immediate superstar, his upside combined with Dallas' need for pass-rushing help makes the trade scenario plausible.
