Bouanga's hat trick powers LAFC past Orlando

Denis Bouanga scored his fifth career MLS hat trick and Son Heung-min had four assists as Los Angeles FC defeated Orlando City 6-0 on Saturday night.

LAFC (6-0-1) extended their strong start to the season with a dominant performance. Bouanga added goals in the 20th, 23rd and 28th minutes, all off assists by Son. Sergi Palencia and Tyler Boyd each added a goal for the home team.

Orlando City (1-5-0) set a franchise record for largest margin of defeat in a regular-season game. The loss was Orlando's third consecutive by five or more goals, following defeats to Nashville and New York City FC earlier this season.
