During his Lakers statue dedication, Heat president Pat Riley reflected on the 2010-14 championship run, saying 'I saw something that could've lasted eight to 10 years' with James, Wade and Bosh. The Heat won two titles in four Finals appearances before James returned to Cleveland in 2014.
'We'll never know' if the dynasty could've extended, Riley said, adding 'I want to be selfish here and say I wish I had him for another eight or six years.' The Heat's 'Big Three' era ended with Wade's declining play and Bosh's forced retirement, while James went on to win a championship in Cleveland before joining the Lakers.
