The ECC Division I Boys Basketball Tournament will tip off with a play-in game on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the higher seed's site. Quarterfinals follow on Feb. 26, with semifinals on Feb. 28 at New London, and the championship on March 2 at Mohegan Sun Arena.
