Studio host Karl Stefanovic attempted to cover for Mason, suggesting cold weather might have affected her speech. Mason took full responsibility, stating it wasn't the standard she sets for herself. 'I want to take full responsibility, it's not the standard I set myself,' Mason said. 'So in saying that, I'm genuinely really sorry.'
