Kubiak Early Coach of Year Favorite

The Raiders defeated the Saints 35-27 in a battle of offensive coordinators from recent Super Bowl winners. Kubiak's team has exceeded expectations dramatically after finishing 3-14 last season. He joins Bill Callahan (2002) and John Madden (1969) as the only Raiders coaches to start with three straight wins.

Kubiak could potentially win a coach of the year trophy that his father Gary never achieved. If he takes the Raiders to the 7th seed, Kubiak would likely secure the award given the dramatic turnaround from last season's 3-14 record. umafrika.club
