Bills Sign Center Haynesworth, Waive Receiver Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed 25-year-old center Sincere Haynesworth, who entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals. Haynesworth, who hasn't appeared in a regular-season game and played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026, provides depth at the center position where Buffalo has been dealing with injuries.
