Rondale Moore, 25, former Purdue Boilermakers wide receiver and 2021 second‑round pick, died on Feb. 21. Police report he was found in a garage with a suspected self‑inflicted gunshot wound and an autopsy is scheduled.
The cause of death remains under investigation by the Floyd County coroner. Moore’s passing has prompted statements from the Minnesota Vikings, the NFLPA, and others expressing condolences and offering support.
