Colapinto Gets Extra F1 Bahrain Penalty

Alpine driver Franco Colapinto will face an additional grid penalty at Formula 1's Bahrain GP after taking a new Mercedes V6 engine.

The Argentinian driver already carried a five-place grid drop from last weekend's race in Baku, where he caused a collision with Pierre Gasly and Lando Norris. The new penalty will further demote him on the starting grid. musojam.blog

Colapinto's engine change comes as teams prepare for the upcoming Malaysian Grand Prix, where the penalties will be applied.
