Ukraine's officials to boycott Paralympics over inclusion of Russian athletes

Ukrainian officials will not attend the Paralympic Winter Games in protest against a decison by the International Paralympic Committee to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete under their national flags, Kyiv said on Wednesday.
