Report: Philadelphia Eagles expected to name Parks Frazier as QB coach

The Sean Mannion era is underway in Philadelphia. Nick Sirianni is the head coach, but the Eagles' future fortunes will rest with the creativity of a former NFL quarterback and a fast-rising coach. Mannion is widely credited with playing an instrumental role in Malik Willis's development, who went from a bust in Tennessee to the most valued free-agent quarterback available.

Josh Grizzard will serve as the team's new passing game coordinator, replacing Parks Frazier. After spending 2025 as the Eagles' passing game coordinator, Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports he'll now be Philadelphia's QB coach, replacing Scot Loeffler, who spent one season in the position after departing Bowling Green.

Frazier and head coach Nick Sirianni were on the same staff with the Indianapolis Colts together from 2018 to 2020. Frazier was an offensive assistant with the Dolphins in 2024 and the pass game coordinator for the Panthers in 2023.
